Support All Souls Church

Our congregation relies on the generous participation of members and friends in our annual Stewardship campaign and on a number of different fundraisers to gather the financial support necessary for our active community. Contributions to All Souls Church help to support the many programs and services we offer to sustain the congregational vitality and public voice of our Unitarian Universalist Faith.

Monetary gifts may be designated to the following funds:

The Remembrance Fund

Monetary gifts designated to the Remembrance Fund in the form of memorials and honorariums are combined into a pooled fund that will be allocated through a grant process. The remembrance committee then makes a recommendation to the board of trustees for approval. The monies may be used for the religious education program, buildings and grounds, special events and other specific projects.All memorial and honorariums are acknowledged by the church. A list of donors is forwarded to a designated family member. The total amount of the gifts received shall be made available to the family upon request.

The Endowment fund

The monies in the fund are generally bequests to All Souls Church by wills, trusts, or gifts with the restricted intention of supporting the All Souls Church Endowment Fund. The General Operating Fund of All Souls Church

General monetary donations contribute to the Operating Fund. Other sources of income include pledges, collections, rentals, and fundraisers. The Operating fund is used to pay all church-related operating expenses.

Gifts in Kind

Gifts-in-Kind include gifts of tangible property, such as works of art, equipment, furniture or books and can be used for religious education, public outreach, or in other ways that support the church mission and ministry. While it is not possible for All Souls Church to accept all types of in-kind contributions, members of the Remembrance Committee will be happy to talk with potential donors about such gifts.
