Autumn Equinox, the day of perfect equilibrium between day and night, is a moment to pause, reflect on what needs attending as we cross the threshold to the waning of the year. Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown on September 29th, and ends 10 days later on Yom Kippur, a time of deep reflection and soul-searching.  As summer turns to fall, roots deepen and leaves begin their colorful litanies of surrender, we celebrate the abundance of the harvest and the richness of being together in community with music, song, story and ritual.  If you like, bring something that represents the gifts of the harvest (fruits, vegetables, flowers) to decorate our altar.  Worship Participants: Diana Clark, Karen Tyler, Kit Whallon, Katherine Innis.
