Rocks and Stones, Our Earthly Guide Why are some UU churches adding stones to their candle lighting element in Sunday services? Since Earth Day, we have added stones and water to our table. During this service we will entertain the deeper meanings of stones and water as symbols of our joys and concerns. Maisie Crowther and Christina Gibbons are coordinators for this service.
